T1T1AH - TORS Outer Handpiece -SU- sterile

Sterile packaged receptacle for the handpiece for cement removal. The holder is in two parts and is locked with a bayonet catch.
Outer handpiece – a lightweight, ergonomic, single use plastic handle with comfy annular switch accessible at all angles.
For details on how to use it, please carefully read the current version of the instructions for use.
Reusable probes - Piercers
The new Longitudinal-torsional Piercer Probes enable the most efficient means for impact-free cement removal.
The Longitudinal-torsional combination-mode ultrasound offers the best of both technology worlds with newly patented acoustic designs to maximise energy delivery efficiency and therefore ease of cement removal, reducing time and stress.
The impedance mismatch between titanium and bone means that TORS stops cutting and squeals on bone contact in the same way as longitudinal ultrasound systems.
T1P4R2 - TORS Piercer Probe 200 - ø4 mm

The unique 4mm head is designed to penetrate the toughest, low friction cement plugs in use.
The piercer has a round, lance-shaped tip with holes on the head. It is used for the forward and backward processing of the bone cement as well as the perforation of the distal cement peg.
The aim is to first loosen the bone cement in depth and then to transport parts of it from the depth towards the opening.
Length of the probe: 200mm head diameter 4mm. This probe can be extended with the extension T1T1ES and/or T1T1EC.
Application area: hip, knee, shoulder
For details on how to use it, please carefully read the current version of the instructions for use.
T1P6R2 - TORS Piercer Probe 200 - ø6 mm

The piercer has a round, lance-shaped tip with holes on the head. It is used for the forward and backward processing of the bone cement as well as the perforation of the distal cement peg.
The aim is to first loosen the bone cement in depth and then to transport parts of it from the depth towards the opening.
Length of the probe: 200mm head diameter 6mm. This probe can be extended with the extension T1T1ES and/or T1T1EC.
Application area: hip, knee, shoulder
For details on how to use it, please carefully read the current version of the instructions for use.
T1P8R2 - TORS Piercer Probe 200 - ø8 mm

The piercer has a round, lance-shaped tip with holes on the head. It is used for the forward and backward processing of the bone cement as well as the perforation of the distal cement peg.
The aim is to first loosen the bone cement in depth and then to transport parts of it from the depth towards the opening.
Length of the probe: 200mm head diameter 8mm. This probe can be extended with the extension T1T1ES and/or T1T1EC.
Application area: hip, knee, shoulder
For details on how to use it, please carefully read the current version of the instructions for use.
T1P10R2 - TORS Piercer Probe 200 - ø10 mm

The piercer has a round, lance-shaped tip with holes on the head. It is used for the forward and backward processing of the bone cement as well as the perforation of the distal cement peg.
The aim is to first loosen the bone cement in depth and then to transport parts of it from the depth towards the opening.
Length of the probe: 200mm head diameter 10mm. This probe can be extended with the extension T1T1ES and/or T1T1EC.
Application area: hip, knee, shoulder
